Keyfeatures The Olympus AU2700 is the high end of the new Olympus platform of clinical chemistry systems and is designed for real high volume laboratories. With a speed of more than 2000 tests per hour and an on board capacity of 51 different analytes in parallel the Olympus AU2700 is the only analyser in its segment which offers real workstation consolidation at maximum throughput.

Its outstanding performance in terms of quality, productivity, reliability and cost efficiency demonstrates the unique capabilities of the complete Olympus system range.

Twin sampling technology and cuvette wheels for maximum throughput: The newly developed twin sampling unit provides a combination of maximum dispensing speed and optimum accuracy even at sample volumes as low as 1.6 µl. The total reaction volume has been further reduced to only 120 µl/test thus decreasing running costs to a minimum. The maintenance free twin cuvette wheel incubator holds 330 cuvettes enabling up to 1600 photometric tests/hour.

Class leading ISE throughput: The ISE unit of the Olympus AU2700 with a throughput of up to 270 samples per hour completes the high speed system. Serum, urine and CSF can be run in parallel without any user interaction. Olympus provides the electrodes with a guaranteed life cycle of minimum 6 months thus ensuring a true workhorse in high volume laboratories.

Contamination Avoidance Program: Software controlled test order and enhanced washing cycles avoid cuvette contamination or carryover therefore eliminating the need to run special chemistries as a single batch or to sort incoming samples.

Already prepared for future needs: As with all Olympus analysers, the AU2700 has been designed for integration into lab automation. You may upgrade your lab with automation systems in the future step by step. The Olympus AU analysers will fit into your configuration.
